Step 1) Most Wanted List
Get involved - influence the audience attending and get access to "difficult to reach" decision makers
As soon as you are registered as a vendor or sponsor of the event, we will work very closely with your sales and marketing teams to get an in-depth understanding of what you’re looking to achieve in the region. You will be in a position to provide us with a ‘Most Wanted List’ of targeted decision makers, particular countries of interest, and specific job titles you currently find difficult to reach. We will be attracting those decision makers to PHARM Connect. Our experienced native speaking marketing teams will be in contact with those decision makers, referring to your company as a vendor or sponsor of the event, and invite the decision makers on your behalf in order to host a face-to-face meeting. Delegates are provided not only the opportunity to meet with your company, but also to measure their current performance and future needs by attending master-class presentation of leading industry experts. Receiving answers and solutions to their most pressing business challenges compels delegates to accept the invitation.
Step 2) Meeting Scheduler
The most effective pre-event preparation... Customise your own personal itinerary for the 2 days with a series of pre-scheduled one-to-one business meetings
The TEG Meeting Scheduler is made available to all attending solution providers and delegates prior to the event. Approximately 2 weeks before the event takes place, you will receive your individualised password to access the Meeting Scheduler and select key presentations you want to attend, pre-arrange a series of one-to-one business meetings, and confirm your presence at several additional networking activities. On the site you will have access to the full list of all hundreds of pre-registered delegates. Based on your Most Wanted List, you can pre-screen and contact the senior decision makers of your choice in order to effectively plan and prepare for your meetings prior to the congress taking place. Through the Meeting Scheduler, you can customise your itinerary for the duration of the event.
Step 3) Onsite Account Manager
Arranging additional meetings at the event
Based on your selections through the PHARM Connect Meeting Scheduler and your personalised Most Wanted List, you will be allocated with a dedicated TEG account manager for the duration of the event. Your account manager will be working very closely with you to identify the key delegates of your choice that you are most interested in meeting. Furthermore, your account manager will be targeting those decision makers at the event, escorting them directly to your own private dedicated meeting area and introduce them to you for a face-to-face meeting.
